WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
We accept exchange or replacement requests under the following conditions:
- You receive an incorrect size, color, or product design.
- The item delivered is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing issue.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
- To process your request, clear photos of the product and packaging may be required.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase, depending on your location and courier service availability.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal fee of ₹99 is applicable.
- Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most serviceable pin codes across India. A small COD handling fee may apply.
